Julie says "my life has not been a narrow path"! After earning her BA at St. Leo University in Florida she held various positions. She worked in Sales for: 3M, MCI  ITT. She also worked for Piedmont Airlines, Eastern Airlines and ultimately as a Station Manager for Northwest Airlines. Next she was with FEDEX for nine years and she also ran a successful Bed and Breakfast in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. There is no narrow path here but there is a wealth of experiene and wonderful adventures.

Julie's first venture into Real Estate was in 1996 when she pursued a career as a Real Estate Appraiser in Flagstaff, AZ where she eventually co-owned a Real Estate Appraisal firm. In 2005 she moved to the Triangle Region of North Carolina (Raleigh, Durham & Chapel Hill) and got her Brokers License. She joined one of the most successful teams in the Triangle and it was a great fit. In 2007 Julie joined Allen Tate Realtors when they opened up in the Triangle market anchoring the Wake Forest - Rolesville office located near the Heritage of Wake Forest community.  

Julie says she is so happy to be in this area because it is such a vital area with lots of wonderful growth, new schools, good climate and people from all over moving to the area. "I think this is the friendliest place I have ever lived & I am so happy to be a part of the community".

She says one of the secrets to her success is "I really value the people I meet and the relationships I formulate. If I recommend the services of a vendor it is because they are someone that I would have or have had do work for me at my home". She says "I want my clients to receive the best service and not have to worry about anything other then where to put their furniture. I like to be a valuable asset to my clients during and after the sale or purchase of their home. I am so fortunate to have worked with some of the most wonderful people and many are good friends today, to me that is so rewarding". 

Julie lives on a 20 AC horse farm just north of Wake Forest & they have a small breeding program on their farm. I love my career and I also love to play. I love to be outside playing with the horses and dogs, gardening or at the beach & spending time with my family and friends.
